Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight/size of your order.
Estimated delivery time within the United States: 3–7 business days.
Expedited shipping options may reduce delivery time to 2–4 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package using the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
