Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
Please contact us at support@nourondks.com to initiate a return. Do not send the item back without receiving return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
